Cancellation Policy

Payment The full rental amount is charged to your card at the time of booking. Free Cancellation You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time. A 90% refund will be issued to your original payment method. Late Cancellation Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental amount. The remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment method. Same-Day Cancellation Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are not permitted. Please contact the shop directly for assistance. No-show Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup time without prior cancellation will result in no refund. Shop-initiated Cancellations In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund with no charges applied. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
